The Beatport House Top 100 is starting October with a selection that combines contemporary club production, established artists and records capable of working across several different types of dancefloors.

Leading the chart is Beave with “1997”, released through Staff Only. The track runs at 132 BPM and currently occupies the No. 1 position.

Just behind it is Tommy Phillips with “Sun is Shining (Lovelee Dae)”, a 130 BPM Extended Mix on Safelight Records.

Joseph Capriati and GENNARO take the third position with “Control”. Released on Metamorfosi Records on September 18, the track operates at 128 BPM and brings Capriati into a house chart more commonly associated with a different side of his club identity.

At No. 4, Butch and Santos deliver “Come Get Up” through Saved Records. Released on September 25, the 126 BPM track is one of the newest productions inside the leading group.

ANOTR and 54 Ultra complete the current Top 5 with “Talk To You”, released through NO ART.

The remainder of the chart also includes familiar names. Franky Rizardo’s “Shinjuku” sits close to the leaders, while Kolter appears with “Hey Everybody”. Rooléh’s “Legacy (Assanssan)” is another recent track holding a strong position.

Together, these records illustrate a House chart that is not moving in just one direction. Faster club records are sitting alongside more groove-oriented productions, while both newer releases and tracks that have remained relevant for months continue to compete for attention.

For selectors, that variety is part of what makes the current House ranking especially interesting: Beatport’s Top 100 is functioning not only as a sales chart, but also as a snapshot of several different currents moving through contemporary house music.
