Beatport’s Hype charts are designed to spotlight emerging and developing artists, and October’s Tech House selection has a new name at the top.
TWOLATE (ITA) currently leads Beatport’s “Best New Hype Tech House: October 2026” chart with “In My Drama”.
Released on October 9 through Whippin, the track runs at 129 BPM and occupies the first position in a selection built around newer artists and rising club records. Beatport
Tony H and Joe Tapia follow at No. 2 with “Lo Que Tu Quieras”, while Joe Thomas (UK) takes third place with “Hip Cats”.
Piero Scratch sits at No. 4 with “Look at Me”, and dddancos completes the current Top 5 with “Everywhere I Look”.
For TWOLATE, however, the No. 1 position is the clearest story.
Beatport describes its Best New Hype program as a monthly selection of tracks from Hype genres, highlighting music being played by major DJs while giving additional visibility to emerging artists. Beatport
That gives “In My Drama” a different context from a standard sales-chart appearance.
It places TWOLATE at the front of a group of producers Beatport is identifying as part of the genre’s developing wave.
The rest of the chart reinforces that idea.
Dani Corberó appears with “Big Moves”, Jah Gabriel and Nexz (AR) with “Grooveando”, Hyde (OFC) with “Point To Prove”, and Dobatt with “Tasty”. Most of the leading tracks were released between October 8 and 9, making the ranking an especially current snapshot of emerging Tech House. Beatport
For DJ TOP 100, this is exactly the kind of chart worth watching.
The biggest names usually dominate the conversation, but Hype rankings can reveal which producers are beginning to move before they reach the main Top 100.
Right now, TWOLATE (ITA) is leading that next group.
