Beatport’s Tech House chart has changed quickly at the beginning of October, with new movement at the very top and one major collaboration already pushing into the leading positions.

Öwnboss currently holds the No. 1 spot with “Pop This”, released through Catch & Release. Running at 130 BPM, the track has moved ahead of several records that dominated the chart only days ago.

The biggest new arrival near the summit is “DANGER DANGER”, the collaboration between Solomun, Skepta and Dom Dolla.

Released on October 2 through Three Six Zero Recordings, the 130 BPM track has already reached No. 2, giving the current Tech House ranking one of its most high-profile combinations of electronic and crossover talent.

RSquared remains firmly inside the leading group with “Ooo La La” at No. 3, while Sybil, Cloonee and Prospa continue their strong run with “Free Your Mind” at No. 4.

James Hype and Volkoder, who recently occupied the leading position with “1,2,3 Extended”, now sit at No. 5. Their Tomorrowland Music / SoundOn release remains one of the strongest-performing tracks in the chart despite the arrival of newer material.

Mark Knight, DJ PP and James Hurr follow with “Miami Vice” at No. 6. Released through Toolroom on September 25, the track continues to hold an important position among a group increasingly dominated by major club names.

CAMELPHAT are also still present near the top with “Landlords Nightmare”, while Cloonee maintains another chart appearance with “Get Up and Dance”.

The most notable change, however, is the speed at which fresh releases are moving.

“DANGER DANGER” has needed only a few days to challenge for the top spot, while older records such as “Free Your Mind” continue to compete strongly months after release.

That balance between immediate impact and longer chart longevity makes the current Beatport Tech House Top 100 particularly interesting.

As the first full week of October approaches, the category already looks ready for another reshuffle.
